As CEO and founder of Your Personal Mortgage, Peter is an accomplished financial planner and business manager with over 30 years of practical experience.
He is also the CEO of Strategic Wealth Pty Ltd and Your Personal CFO Pty Ltd specialising in the provision of high quality financial planning advice.
With a Diploma of Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Science, Peter is a Certified Financial Planner, a member of the Financial Planning Association and a qualified SMSF Specialist Advisor.
In his spare time, Peter enjoys relaxing with his wife and four children, touring the countryside on his Ducati and BMW motorcycles, water skiing and playing golf. A loyal St Kilda supporter, Peter waits patiently for the coveted flag.
TRISTAN LLOYD
Tristan is adept at encouraging honest conversations to actively make visual the pathways to financial independence.
With over 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Tristan is a partner in Your Personal Mortgage and the financial planning businesses Strategic Wealth Pty Ltd and Your Personal CFO Pty Ltd.
His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Financial Planning and a Certificate IV Mortgage Broking. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Financial Planning Association.
Tristan enjoys time with his wife, two young sons and daughter and relishes time with family and friends. He enjoys being outdoors and especially loves Melbourne’s food culture, eating out any chance he can get. Like Peter, Tristan is a St Kilda devotee and patiently awaits that next premiership win.
ADRIAN VIDOTTO

Adrian has completed a Bachelor of Business in Financial Planning, is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the Financial Planning Association. He has also recently gained his SMSF Specialist Advisor qualification through the SMSF.
Married with a young son, Adrian loves spending any spare moment in their company. He is also a passionate Collingwood supporter and enjoys watching and playing cricket and golf.
NICOLE PICCOLO
Nicole has a reputation for going the extra mile – she works closely with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their goals and concerns.
As Client Services Manager at Your Personal Mortgage, Nicole brings 15 years’ industry experience and assists in ensuring our clients' experience meets expectations.
With a Postgraduate Certification in Financial Planning, a Diploma of Financial Services and a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, Nicole embraces a true partnership approach with everyone she works with.
Outside of work, Nicole loves to travel, downhill skiing and giving her time to local charities and the community. Nicole also enjoys taking her young daughter and son to watch their beloved Collingwood.
